How to Download ECZ Statement of Results Slip

In this article you will learn how to easily download ECZ Statement of Results slip. To keep up with technological advancements. The Examinations Council of Zambia has made it more convenient for candidates to access their results online each year. Starting from grade 7, 9, 12 and finally GCE.

On the new ECZ portal, the e-Statements of results are usually accessible following the official announcement of results. You can then download it via the Examinations Council of Zambia (ECZ) online services portal. This only applies to the most recent Examinations.

Download ECZ eStatement of Results

Follow these simple steps to download your statement of results on the ECZ web portal.

• To get started visit: systems.exams-council.org.zm;
• Click on option 4 which reads” e-STATEMENTS OF RESULTS” on the list of links, then;
• On the next page, Click e-Results Slip System. Then;
• Click on “PROCEED TO RESULTS SLIP” button below the instructions.
• On the next page Select the level you want to check the results for in the select box
  E.g. “GRADE 12” or “GCE“
• Then click the next field to select your “Examination Year” from the available options;
• Lastly, enter the correct “EXAMINATION NUMBER” and click on “SEARCH“ button.
  The results table will be displayed showing all the details of the candidate
• Click on print “GENERATE SLIP“.
  Then an eStatement PDF document will be generated in a new tab with the browser which you can either print or save to your device.

Note: Some examination years are not covered by the ECZ e-Results Slip system. Which why there are pre-selected years. In this case, visit your exam school or an ECZ service center to get your statement of results and certificate.

ECZ Replacement of Lost Results and Certificates

The Examination Council of Zambia allows the replacement of lost results or certificates in all of it’s provincial service centers.

To replace your lost results visit any of the ECZ Service Centres to access these services:

• Verification of Results
• Replacement of Lost & Damaged Certificates
• Accumulation of GCE Certificates
• Equating of Foreign Qualifications to the Zambian Standard
