ECZ Statement of Results: How to Download Your Result Slip
In this article you will learn how to easily download ECZ Statement of Results. To keep up with technological advancements. The Examinations Council of Zambia has made it more convenient for candidates to access their results online each year. Starting from grade 7, Form 2, Form 5 and finally GCE.
For most recent Examinations, the e-Statements of results are usually accessible following the official announcement by ECZ. You can then download it via the Examinations Council of Zambia (ECZ) online portal.
Download ECZ e Statement Of Results
Follow these simple steps to download your statement of results on the ECZ e Statement results portal.
- To get started visit: www.systems.exams-council.org.zm;
- Click on option 2 which reads” e-STATEMENTS OF RESULTS” on the list of links, then;
- On the next page, Click e-Statement of Results. Then;
- Click on “CANDIDATE SIGN IN”
- Select the level you want to check the results for in the select box
E.g. “FORM 5“, “GRADE 12” or “GCE“ - Then click on “Continue” button;
- Enter the correct “EXAMINATION NUMBER” and click on “Continue“.
The results will be displayed showing all the details of the candidate - Click on print “ELECTRONIC STATEMENTS OF RESULTS“.
Then an eStatement PDF document will be generated in a new tab with the browser which you can either print or save to your device.

- e-STATEMENT OF RESULTS PORTAL: On the Examination Council of Zambia portal. Visit the statement of results page, then click on option 2, CANDIDATE SIGN IN.
- SELECT GRADE OR LEVEL: On the following page, select the Grade you want to check results for in the select box, E.g. “FORM 5“, “GRADE 12” or “GCE” and click Continue.
- ENTER EXAMINATION NUMBER: Next, enter your full, valid examination number in the specified field and click Continue.
- PRINT STATEMENT OF RESULTS: To print or save your statement of results click on PRINT STATEMENT OF RESULTS. A PDF document will be generated. Which you can either print or save to your device.

Note: Some examination years are not yet covered by the ECZ e-Statements system. Which will give you a “Please enter a valid examination number” error. In this case you can visit the school you wrote from or an ECZ service center to get your statement of results and certificate.

ECZ Replacement of Lost Results and Certificates
The Examination Council of Zambia allows the replacement of lost results or certificates in all of it’s provincial service centers.
To replace your lost results visit any of the ECZ Service Centres to access services such as:
- Verification of Results
- Replacement of Lost & Damaged Certificates
- Accumulation of GCE Certificates
- Equating of Foreign Qualifications to the Zambian Standard
