The TCZ Registration and License Fees
The Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) is a statutory body under the Ministry of General Education. The institution is mandated with the regulation of teachers practice and professional conduct. The below are the TCZ registration fees and licence schedules for both new and existing license renewals. It covers all the teaching professionals and students.

TCZ Licence Renewal Online
The Teaching Council of Zambia offers online license renewal for registered teachers. Here are the steps you can follow to renew your teaching license online:
- Visit the Teaching Council of Zambia website at teacher.tcz.ac.zm/
- Click on the tab, select “Teacher Login.”
- Enter your username and password to log in to the portal.
- Click on the “Renewal” tab and select “Renew My License.”
- Follow the prompts to update your personal information and pay the renewal fee.
- Once your payment has been processed, you will get a confirmation with a new license certificate attached.
It’s important to note that you will need to renew your teaching license annually. This is order to keep your registration with the Teaching Council of Zambia. The licence is valid for 3 years.
